I was unknowingly sabotaging my own project.  While I was completing months of work within days, I was also unknowingly introducing shiny objects that would change the session context and direction; losing months of work that could have been achieved. 

It is the discipline, focus, and direction of the team I work with [for a living], that raised the uneasiness that made me slowly aware of SOS in my open source project.  Now that I am aware, I put guardrails in place with ChatGPT to ensure our project's survival and that we get the vs-mcp-bridge project to beta in a timely manner.
